Heather Cassell at Go Roam Tours

About:

Exploring women’s past, empowering women’s present.

Go Roam Tours is a San Francisco–based walking tour company sharing the untold stories of women, LGBTQ+, and gender-expansive people who shaped the city’s history and culture. From San Francisco’s “founding mother” and suffragists to scandalous changemakers, queer pioneers, trailblazing athletes, and today’s activists and political leaders—our tours bring to life the hidden histories that transformed the city and continue to inspire movements today.

Led by award-winning journalist and guide Heather Cassell, Go Roam Tours offers lively, research-rich walks that connect past struggles and triumphs to the issues and communities shaping San Francisco today.
