I am an experienced San Francisco / Northern CA  tour guide with a passion for sharing the stories, people and places that make this region so special.  With strong storytelling and public speaking skills, I bring to life the rich history, diverse neighborhoods, and iconic attractions from landmark architecture, to the engineering marvel of the Golden Gate Bridge.  

Whether I’m leading local excursions or connecting with guests from around the globe, I create a warm memorable experience for every visitor. Known for being punctual, and personable, I make sure each tour is informative and fun.  I love customizing tours to fit your needs.  San Francisco, Wine Country, corporate events or something beyond?  I also offer meet and greet services, room monitor support and registration desk assistance.  In addition, I am a volunteer with the SF City Guides and a member of the San Francisco History Association.

A Background Rooted in Service and Experience

My path to guiding is built on a lifelong foundation of hospitality, organization, and customer connection:

• Hospitality Roots: Earlier in my career, I worked as a sales manager for major hotel companies, planning and coordinating events for groups of all sizes.
• Biotech Leadership & Design: I later managed field-based teams in the biotechnology industry and earned my designation as a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). Part of my role involved working directly with customers and providing tours of our human-centered design studio.
• Seamless Logistics: I am naturally organized and love planning seamless logistics to craft truly amazing experiences.

When I’m Not Guiding

During the off-season, I enjoy traveling domestically and abroad with friends and family, hiking, cooking, wining and dining, and exploring new sites to dream up fresh tour experiences.
